At Steinmetz Ventures LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return policy applies to physical devices and products purchased through our website.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers the cost of return shipping and processing. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unopened packaging
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Item must be free from physical damage, scratches, or signs of use
- Item must not have been activated or enrolled in any carrier service
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Devices that have been activated or used with any mobile carrier
- Items with removed or tampered serial numbers or IMEI stickers
- Opened SIM cards or prepaid service cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
- Digital products, services, or subscription fees
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@steinmetzventures.com or call (618) 417-7305 within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund without the restocking fee, provided the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery and the damage was not caused during shipping due to improper handling by the carrier.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
