Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our authorized wholesale partners. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is transmitted to our fulfillment partner for processing and shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take additional time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the United States. Expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location and the items ordered.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and order specifications. Free shipping promotions may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We may not be able to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain device orders. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@steinmetzventures.com or call (618) 417-7305. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been submitted for fulfillment may not be possible.
